Botanical Name: Copaifera officinalis

  Extraction: Steam distilled from the crude resin. Origin: Brazil, Color: Copaiba Balsam oil is yellow to brownish oil. May appear to darken when exposed to air.

  Common Uses: Inhalation of scent aids in treatment of skin hemorrhoids, diarrhea, urinary tract infections, constipation, and bronchitis Also effective in aiding asthma, bronchitis and congestion. Known to aid in relief of muscular aches and remedy abrasions, acne and athlete’s foot.  Scent: aroma is honey-like with a undertone of woodiness.

 Cautions: Avoid use during pregnancy. Could cause possible dermal sensitization.
